Group records by a particular field
Choose whether or not to show empty groups
Hide specific groups of records from the collection view
Configure groups to be expanded or collapsed by default

The option to group records is available on all Display options except for Single record view & Charts.
You can configure the order in which groups of records appear in your collection views.

You can group your records by most field types. However, there are some exceptions:
Multiple option fields
Multi-linked fields
These field types cannot be used for grouping due to their complex nature.
For Table and Row layouts, you can group by multiple fields:
You can group by up to 3 fields simultaneously
This feature allows for more detailed and hierarchical organization of your data
The option to group by multiple fields is currently only available for Table and Row layouts.
