Create a Record Action

Create a new record in a given table

This action allows you to create a new record in a given table. You can specify the fields that it should be created with, including linked fields. For example, you can create a new interaction record when you send an email to a contact

Setup 'Create a Record' action

• Simply choose the table in which you want to create your record

• Choose the different fields you want to fill

• Specify the values for each field, these can be static (fixed) or dynamic (from another record in scope like the workflow trigger)
