# Update a Record Action

We can often save our teammates time by using Noloco Workflows to automate record updates.

In this video, we're going to talk through how to use conditional logic to automatically update a record. The example we'll use comes from our Real Estate demo app. We'll use a Noloco workflow to automatically set the Listing Start Date for the new Property record as long as the new record meets certain conditions.
