Once enabled and configured, you will be charged the monthly cost of the addon, and the price for any additional active external users over 100 users.

Understanding Internal and External Users

The remaining users not classified as internal users will be counted as external users. The difference between internal and external users is as follows:
  • Internal Users: Team members, data admins, and builders who are directly involved in managing and maintaining the app.
  • External Users: Clients, customers, partners, contractors, and freelancers who access the app but do not actively manage or maintain it.
The External User Addon provides an effective solution for businesses that require a large number of external users to access their app. By enabling and configuring the addon, you can manage the costs associated with external users more efficiently and ensure that everyone who needs access to your app can have it without breaking the bank.
